Regarding the shipping time for Premium Printz products to the customer, we would like to inform you that the delivery time is 7 days and depending on the distance, it can take up to 15 days.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows: 

– United States: 5-10 business days 

– Canada: 7-14 business days 

– International: 10-20 business days 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

– Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lost or Delayed Packages

– We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

– We do not accept returns on custom-printed or made-to-order products unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

– If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
